New freelance jobs disappear quickly in noisy feeds, while frequent polling creates duplicates and rate-limit issues.
Added asynchronous collection, filters, automatic tags, persistent seen-state and controlled delivery.
The bot produces a clean feed of relevant jobs and reduces repeated manual browsing.
