Donations needed to become a clear live auction with bids, timers and lot changes.
Built a Fastify server, SQLite state, a React control panel and a separate overlay for TikTok LIVE Studio.
The MVP covers the complete flow from a DonationAlerts event to a bid update and the on-stream result.
